We will honor your feminine energy using subtle movements with The Feldenkrais Method which will then be deepened with the expressive arts.

Self-discovery, sensuality, sexuality and, self presence will be tenderly explored. These experiences will help integrate you as a woman in our contemporary world based on the body’s ancient wisdom.

Within this respectful and powerful process, each person will have the opportunity to revise personal narratives, to encourage self-acceptance and inner peace.
